Living in Alaska we had limited time to spend in Palm Coast to tend to my mothers estate when she passed. We allowed ourselves three weeks to go through papers, pictures and memories, put the house up for sale and clean everything out. It took a week to get the house presentable to be sold. But what to do with all the furniture, clothes, nick nacks and contents of the garage and kitchen? I inquired about renting a dumpster, thought of selling stuff on Craigslist and do an estate sale. We had a buyer who wanted to close in less than a month so Nick moved the sale up from the original dates to accommodate us. The estate sale was held after we returned to Alaska. In less than a week Nick had everything sold or removed from the house and cleaned for the new owners to move in. Nick is easy to work with, does what he says he will do, and on time.
